Catered menus are based on the number of guests with minimum starting at 50 people or more. Services include guaranteed quality & service, on-site cooking, professional staff, complete buffet line with linens, chafing dishes, sterno, napkins, wet naps, standard plates, utensils, toothpicks, hot tabasco sauce, and salt n’ pepper.
